Fish Fillet Bhuna

Ingredients:

  • Fish fillet – 200 gms
  • Sliced onions – ½ cup
  • Ginger powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder – 1 teaspoons
  • Cumin powder – 1 teaspoons
  • Ground turmeric – 1 teaspoon
  • Chili powder – 1 teaspoon (opt, if you don’t want it hot)
  • Green chili – 4 to 5
  • Chopped garlic – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon (as needed)
  • Oil – ½ cup
  • Fresh coriander leaves

Method:

  • Heat oil & add onion, fry until caramelized
  • Add fish fillets
  • Along with the fillets add the garlic cloves and all other spices
  • Continue cooking until fillets are in to small pieces.
  • Add 3-4 green chili & fresh coriander leaves.
  • Cover with lid, leave 5 minutes & then remove… its done
