Healthified Chicken meatballs


200 gm boneless chicken (chicken breast preferably), cleaned and washed

4 medium size onion

4-5 fresh green chili (opt, if you don’t want this to be spicy)

10-12 garlic flakes

3″ fresh piece ginger clened

Small bunch coriander leaves, chopped

2 Capsicum (red and green) chopped

2 ts of normal soya sauce

Salt to taste

Oil for deep frying

Put all the ingredients in a grinder and grain and make the meatballs

when ready deep fry them ..

that’s it ..
