Honey-Masala Salmon bhuna ..


  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  •  Cayenne pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  •  Salt, to taste
  • 3 salmon steaks or fillets (6 ounce size)
  •  Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish


Combine the oil, honey, mustard, garlic, cayenne, coriander, lemon juice and salt in a shallow dish. Mix well. Add the salmon and let marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Cook in a pan and garnish with the fresh coriander leaves
